Description
A Caregiver Wellness Program presented by the Memory Disorder Clinic at Mayo Clinic, providing a fun and interactive break to focus on the needs of those caring for someone living with dementia.
This program will help participants:
• Learn the basics of mindfulness,
breathwork, and laughter yoga and how to
incorporate them into everyday life.
• Practice mindfulness and laughter
techniques that elicit a relaxation response
and help the body handle stress.
• Appreciate the role of humor and positive
thinking in coping with day-to-day
challenges.
• Connect with other caregivers and share
joy in a fun and supportive environment.
