Newsletter
The New Town Dementia Caring Community newsletter, “Dementia Connection,” is created in partnership with New Town volunteers. The newsletter contains information about Alzheimer’s disease and AD-related disorders so readers can better identify, engage, and support their friends, neighbors, family members, and loved ones who are living with dementia or care for someone with dementia.
