November is the heart of football season. It’s also National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month. Given the tremendous impact of Alzheimer’s disease and AD-related dementia on the African American community, the Mayo Clinic ADRC partnered with local community churches to raise awareness about dementia and provide resources for those with memory loss and their loved ones.
