The New Town Dementia Caring Community program sponsors educational series, caregiver training & support groups, memory cafés, and other events in and around the New Town/College Gardens neighborhood each month to help raise awareness and support those with memory loss and their loved ones. Mayo Clinic Alzheimer's & Related Dementia Education & Caregiver Support

For the time being, we are using Zoom to connect with each other for support group. If you or someone you know would like to join our virtual support group, please send an email to the MCJMemoryDC@mayo.edu for the meeting link and more information.
Please join us for free education and support classes to help caregivers and family members understand disease, plan for the future, and acquire skills to assist in caregiving. Please see the class schedule for program listings or call 904-953-2677 for more information.
